Using BusinessOS

These terms govern your use of BusinessOS, provided by Breaking Point Software LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the published terms. If you use BusinessOS for an organization, you confirm you have authority to act for it.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, keeping credentials secure, and managing who can access your business workspace. Use the service lawfully and respect other users and customers.

[Specify eligibility, acceptable use, team roles, and prohibited activities before publishing.]

Your content

You retain responsibility for the customer, job, invoice, appointment, and other information you enter. You give us the permissions needed to host, process, and display that information to provide the service and the public pages you choose to share.

[Add your data export, ownership, and customer consent terms.]

Trials and billing

BusinessOS may offer a 14-day trial after business registration. Access to paid features may be restricted when the trial ends without an active subscription.

[Set out actual prices, renewal timing, payment authorization, cancellation, refunds, taxes, usage charges, and what happens to data after a trial or subscription ends.]

Service availability

We work to keep BusinessOS available, but features may change and interruptions can occur. [Add your support commitments, warranty language, liability terms, and any third-party service terms after review.]

Ending service

You may stop using BusinessOS and cancel your subscription through the available account or billing controls. [Describe effective cancellation dates, account termination, data access, and export or deletion windows.]
